Status on 11/30/97
There was not much snow, but it was enough for skiing in so early season without raining.
Hunter Mountain is also a snowboard area. Skiers and snowboards are sometimes mingled on their cources. It is not too exciting ski area to visit from any other country, but is good enough to come from New York or New Jersey.

Access

Two hour driving from New York city. Take Garden State Parkway to exit 21. Route32 North to Route 32A, and to Route 23A West
The way to there will be groomed well usually.

	Down to Bucky's run out of Rental room of Base Lodge
	Base Lodge has a cafeteria restaurant, rental room and cloths changing room. There are various foods in the restaurant.
	From Lower Broadway to Base Lodge. The higher areas were not available because of little snow. Rainbow is showed after rain.
